Conditions and Policies

The guesthouse we run is very small. Consequently cancellations seriously effect our occupancy rate. To avoid having to overbook or overcharge to compensate for cancellations or 'no-shows' we apply a cancellation fee.

The following cancellation charges apply:

• up to two weeks in advance: 10% of the total sum;
• between two and one week in advance: 25%;
• for a cancellation within a week before the planned arrival date we charge 50%
• full charge applies for a cancellation on the day of arrival or a guest who does not show up.

Our minimum stay requirement of three nights and rates may be different for holiday periods or during special events in Amsterdam.
